1. Untuk bahan Cream, dimixer semua bahannya sampai tercampur rata, gak sempat foto2 keburu paksu pulang kantor 😁.

2. Untuk bahan Vla, campur semua bahan kemudian masak diatas kompor api kecil sampai kental dan letup..

3. Sekarang membuat adonan kuenya, mixer telur, gula pasir dan TBM sampai tercampur rata dan agak ngembang.

4. Masukkan susu cair, tape aduk pelan, lalu tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit, kemudian mentega leleh, aduk hingga rata (adonannya tidak terlalu kental ya jadi sesuaikan takaran tepungnya).

5. Siapkan Teflon (aku pakai yg 24cm, tinggi 10cm) yang telah diolesi dengan mentega dan tepung terigu, masukkan adonan dan panggang diatas kompor api kecil dengan 2 lapis tatakan, panggang 40-50 menit tergantung kompor masing2..

6. Setelah matang, dinginkan, kemudian potong kue menjadi 2 bagian, olesi dengan vla keju, susun kembali kuenya dan oleskan Cream yang telah dibuat ke seluruh permukaan kue (aku pakai pisau dapur 😆), untuk atasnya kalau ada plastik makanan bisa dipakai, ambil sudut segitiga, masukkan creamnya dan gunting kecil diujungnya, silahkan semprot sesuai kreasi yg diinginkan kemudian tambahkan topping keju, atau coklat chips atau meises.
