Begin cooking lasagna pasta in salted water as directed on package.

To stop the cooking process, run cold water over drained pasta.

The bolognese ended up being dry and the amount was insufficient to cover the lasagna.

77. Lasagna Bolognese ala ArKitchen instructions

  1. Rebus lembaran lasagna dengan air dan minyak dan sedikit garam hingga aldente, tiriskan jangan ditumpuk, potong sesuai ukuran loyang / cup foil.

  2. Masak saus merah : tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum.

  3. Masukkan daging cincang (saya ditambah kornet 1 sachet kebetulan punya sisa stok kornet)+wortel parut (bisa ditambah jamur champignon juga) aduk hingga rata.

  4. Tuangkan saus spaghetii bolognese instan, tomat rebus cacah, saus tomat, bila suka pedas bisa tambahkan saus pedas, lada bubuk, secukupnya gula pasir dan garam dan kaldu sapi bubuk, tuang secukupnya air lalu aduk rata hingga air agak menyusut.

  5. Saus putih / saus bechamel : panaskan butter dengan api kecil lalu tuang terigu aduk cepat hingga tercampur dan warna agak kekuningan, tuangkan susu dan masukkan keju parut + sedikit lada bubuk aduk rata.

  6. Menyusun : olesi loyang dengan butter atau margarin, tuangkan saus merah.

  7. Potong lasagna sesuai ukuran loyang / cup. Letakkan lembaran lasagna.

  8. Tuang kembali saus merah lalu saus putih.

  9. Ulang kembali tutup dengan lembaran lasagna, saus merah, saus putih, lasagna lagi saus merah lagi saus putih lagi, untuk lapisan terakhir cukup sampe saus merah saja lalu beri taburan keju quick melt (bisa juga pakai mozarella) dan taburan parsley.

  10. Panggang selama kurang lebih 40 menit/hingga matang (saya pakai oven kompor dengan api sedang), kontrol terus agar tidak gosong, setelah matang diamkan sekitar 10-15 menit sblm disajikan.

  11. Resep ini saya buat berdasarkan selera pribadi dan ketersediaan bahan baku, untuk hasil yg maksimal bisa disesuaikan selera dan bahan baku masing2, selamat mencoba.
