  2. Saus bechamel : masukkan margarin ke dalam wajan, tumis hingga cair. Lalu masukkan tepung terigu, tumis hingga berubah warna, masukkan susu cair, aduk menggunakan whisk sampai tidak bergerindil. Lalu masukkan sisa bahan, aduk sampai matang dan rata. Koreksi rasanya, angkat lalu sisihkan.

  3. Membuat lasagna: siapkan wadah untuk memanggang, masukkan lasagna sheets (tanpa direbus) kedalam wadah, lalu beri saus bechamel, kemudian saus bolognese, tutup dengan lasagna sheets. Ulangi sampai semua saus habis. Lalu berikan topping keju mozarella dan keju cheddar sesuai selera.

  4. Panggang lasagna di oven dengan panas 180°C selama 40-45 menit, api atas bawah..

  5. Jadi deh lasagna nya. Enak dinikmati selagi hangat🥰.
