  10. It’s 2-3 sdt of oregano.

  11. You need Secukupnya of lada hitam / merica.

  12. It’s Secukupnya of garam.

  13. Prepare Secukupnya of gula.

  14. It’s of Mentega/butter utk menumis di awal.

  15. You need of Bahan saus putih (Bechamel sauce) :.

  16. It’s 800 ml of susu full cream (sy pake UHT).

  17. It’s 3 sdm of mentega.

  18. It’s 3 sdm of terigu.

  19. You need 1/2 blok of keju parut.

  20. It’s 1/2 sdt of bubuk biji pala.

  21. You need Secukupnya of garam.

Cara membuat saus putih (Bechamel) : tumis butter/mentega hingga leleh dengan api kecil saja, kemudian masukkan terigu nya harus diaduk terus agar tidak menggumpal, lalu langsung tuang susu putihnya sambil terus mengaduk, jika sudah mulai mengental aduk terus, sampai mulai mendidih masukkan parutan kejunya, aduk terus sampai rata terakhir beri bubuk pala. Matikan api jika sudah mulai mendidih lagi.

  5. Tahap penyusunan, disini sy pakai wadah aluminium olesi dengan mentega tipis.

  6. Urutan sbb :Lapisan Bawah saus putih sampai rata -> Lembar pasta —> saus daging -> Saus putih -> mozarela -> Lembar pasta -> Saus daging -> Saus putih -> mozarela -> Lembar pasta -> Saus putih -> mozarela -> parutan keju kraft paling atas dan taburi sedikit saja oregano untuk memberi tampilan cantik.

  7. Jadi wadah yg saya pakai ini sampai munjung penuh gitu, Buibu bisa pakai wadah dengan ukuran apa saja asalkan bisa untuk dioven. Biasanya saya sudah panaskan oven terlebih dulu sebentar sebelum kue masuk, panggang dengan suhu 150 derajat pakai api atas-bawah sampai 30-45 mnt/sesuai settingan oven masing².

  8. Paling enak dinikmati saat anget2 gitu sudah mulai keket atau mau dimasukkan kulkas dengan syarat nunggu sampai dingin dulu baru bisa masuk kulkas, waktu mau dinikmati bisa diangetin di teflon dengan api kecil dan atasnya ditutup atau disantap dingin2 juga enak.
