  7. Prepare 2-3 sdm of margarin/mentega.

  8. Prepare secukupnya of Saus tomat.

  9. It’s 1/2 buah of bawang bombay, iris2.

  10. You need 3 siung of bawang putih, geprek.

  11. Prepare of Bumbu jadi saus bolognaise (optional boleh di skip).

  12. You need secukupnya of Garam.

  13. It’s secukupnya of Kaldu Jamur.

  14. Prepare secukupnya of Gula pasir.

  15. It’s secukupnya of Air.

  16. You need of Saus Bechamel.

  17. Prepare 2-3 sdm of margarin/mentega.

  18. It’s 2 sdm of terigu.

  19. It’s 2 gelas of susu cair.

  20. Prepare secukupnya of Garam.

  21. You need secukupnya of Gula pasir.

  22. You need of Kaldu jamur aecukupnya.

Lasagna step by step

  1. Rendam kulit lasagna dalam air sampain lemas.

  2. Buat saus bolognaise : tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih menggunakan 2-3 sdm margarine sampai wangi.

  3. Masukan daging giling, masak hingga berubah warna, tambahkan air sedikit untuk mematangkan daging.

  4. Tambahkan saus tomat, saus bolognaise instan, garam, gula, kaldu bubuk. Masak sampai mengental. Test rasa.Matikan api.. Sisihkan.

  5. Buat saus bechamel : panaskan margarin sampai meleleh, lalu masukan terigu.. Aduk2 sampai menggumpal dan rata.

  6. Masukan susu cair, tambahkan garam, gula paair dan kaldu jamur. Aduk- aduk terus sampai mengental. Tes rasa.. Matikan kompor.

  7. Menata Lasagna : siapkan pinggan tahan panas atau loyang. Tata kulit lasagna sampe tertutup seluruh dasar loyang ( kulit lasagna dpt dipotong2 sesuai kebutuhan..

  8. Setelah itu tuang saus bolognaise dia atasnya.. Ratakan sampe semua permukaan kulit tertutupi..

  9. Tuang saus bechamel diatasnya, sedikit2 sampai merata seluruh permukaannya. Taburi keju cheddar + keju mozarella. Lalu taburi oregano.

  10. Ulangi langkah 7 dan seterusnya sampai semua saus habis. Terakhir taburi keju cheddar, keju mozarella, oregano..

  11. Oven pada suhu 180 derajat selama 30 menit..
