  10. Rebus pasta lasagna dgn ditambahkan minyak dan garam agar tidak lengket. Rebus setengah matang.

  11. Susun diatas alumunium foil atau wadah yg tahan panas dgn urutan saos daging, lembar lasagna, saos daging, saos putih. Ulangi hingga beberapa lapisan (tergantung selera). Kalau saya cukup 3x lapisan..

  12. Pada lapisan terakhir setelah saus putih, parutkan keju mozarella, kemudian beri sedikit parsley agar hasil kelihatan lebih cantik..

  13. Panggang pada oven yg sudah dipanaskan dgn suhu 170 derajat selama kurleb 30 menit..
