Buat saos putih; lelehkan butter lalu masukkan terigu sambil terus diaduk, lalu tuang susu cair aduk hingga mendidih di bag pinggir lalu masukkan 3/4 keju cheddar (sisakan 1/4 untuk lapisan), aduk hingga mengental keju larut..

Olesi pirex/wadah tahan panas dgn olive oil, lapisan pertama saos merah-lasagna-saos merah-saos putih-campuran sisa keju cheddar 1/4+keju quick melt 1/4-lasagna-dst sampai habis, terakhir saos putih-keju quick melt 1/4, perhatikan lasagna masing2 perlu yg direbus dulu atau tdk..

Panggang 180 derajat di oven yg sdh dipanaskan sblmnya selama 15 menit..

Keluarkan sebentar, taburi sisa 1/2 keju quick melt+oregano&parsley secukupnya, panggang lagi untuk 15 menit berikunya, sesuaikan oven masing2 bisa lebih cepat atau lebih lama, kalau saya senang yg pinggirannya kecoklatan. Tunggu hangat dulu baru dipotong2, kalau masih panas blm set..
