Siapkan bahan..

Bumbu Marinasi : campur semua bahan lalu rendam ayam menggunakan cairan tersebut. Diamkan kurang lebih 30 menit dalam kulkas.

Saus Curry :.

Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga matang dan harum. Masukkan bumbu curry, lalu tambahkan kentang dan wortel yg sudah dipotong. Aduk rata. Masukkan air, masak hingga sayuran matang.

Bumbui dengan lada garam. Cek rasanya. Setelah itu kentalkan dengan tepung maizena yg telah dicairkan tadi. Sisihkan.

Penyesalan ayam : balut dengan tepung terigu lalu masukkan kedalam telur yg telah dikocok dan baluri dengan tepung roti/panir.

Tepung terigu ➡️ telur ➡️ tepung roti / panir.

Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas hingga matang. (gunakan api kecil saja supaya ayam matang merata).
