  3. Setelah 1jam, uleni lagi trs diamkan selama 4jam, trs giling adonan tipis, ukuran panjang dan tebal sesuai selera, bentuk persegi panjang.

  4. Bagi jadi 2 adonan persegi panjang, lalu tekan bagian tengah dgn sumpit dan tumpuk dg adonan persegi panjang, tekan dgn sumpit lg.

  5. Tarik ujung cakwe yg sdh dcetak sampai panjang dan goreng dgn minyak panas sampai matang.
