Cakwe, cakue, atau cahkwe merupakan makanan yang berasal dari negeri Tiongkok.

Di negara asalnya sendiri makanan ini sering disebut juga sebagai You Tiao yang memiliki.

Ingredients of Cakwe

  1. It’s 200 gr of tepung cakra.

  2. It’s 1 butir of telur ukuran sedang.

  3. Prepare 1 1/2 sdt of baking powder.

  4. It’s 1 1/2 sdt of baking soda.

  5. Prepare 25 gr of susu bubuk (bisa diskip).

  6. You need 100 ml of air matang.

  7. You need 1/2 sdt of garam.

  8. Prepare 2 sdm of minyak goreng.

Cakwe instructions

  1. Campur tepung terigu, susu, baking powder, baking soda dan garam aduk rata.

  2. Masukan telur kedalam campuran tepung tadi, aduk rata.

  3. Masukan air matang aduk rata, terakhir masukan minyak goreng aduk rata sampai kalis..

  4. Diamkan adonan kurang lebih 6 jam ditutup serbet/plastik. Saya bikin malam didiamkan semalaman digoreng pagi utk sarapan..

  5. Setelah adonan didiamkan, akan mengembang sedikit. Adonan digilas sampai pipih, potong2 persegi ditekan tengahnya menggunakan tusuk sate.

  6. Bikin dua seperti diatas ditumpuk lalu ditekan lagi tengahnya. Digoreng menggunakan api panas, selama menggoreng cakwe digoyang goyang dan dibolak balik agar mengembang, goreng sampai kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan sajikan dengan saos sambal bangkok (buatan sendiri resep terpisah).
