Cuci bersih ayam, lumuri air jeruk nipis, bilas kembali, kemudian lumuri garam, lada dan oregano, bolak balik ditekan2 agar meresap, diamkan min 15 menit.

Utk kari, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum, lalu tambahkan air kmudian masukkan wortel dan kentang, tnggu sampai empuk, lalu tambahkan bumbu kari instan, cek rasa lalu tambahkan garam/gula/kaldu bubuk sesuai selera ya, aku pake sedikit2 saja, terakhir tuang larutan maizena.
