  8. Kuah Curry: tumis bawang putih hingga harum, lalu tambahkan air secukupnya.

  9. Masukkan potongan kentang dan wortel.

  10. Tambahkan bumbu instan kari.

  11. Aduk dan biarkan mengental.

  12. Jika kurang kental, tambahkan maizena secukupnya.

  13. Tambahkan garam dan lada agar rasanya lebih pas.
