Japanese curry with chicken katsu step by step

  1. Marinasi dada ayam selama 15-20 menit.

  2. Masukan dada ayam kedalam tepung terigu, celupkan kedalam susu UHT, lalu lumuri dengan tepung panir sambil d tekan-tekan. Simpan dalam freezer selama 20menit.

  3. Goreng ayam dengan api kecil saja, agar bagian ayamnya matang, goreng hingga warna keemasan. Lalu angkat dan tiriskan.

  4. Potong dadu wortel dan kentang, panaskan butter tumis bumbu halus dan daun jeruk hingga harum..

  5. Masukan 1 gelas air, masukan wortel dan kentang hingga matang, jika air kurang boleh d tambah..

  6. Setelah wortel dan kentang matang, larutkan tepung maizena, bumbui, aduk hingga mengental dan matang.

  7. Siap di hidangkan.
